Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver professional, fine-dining level service at events. You will assist with setup, meal service, and post-event cleanup, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with service standards.

The role offers an hourly rate of $25.00 and is eligible for tips. Part-time benefits include a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching, with the position open through December 25, 2026.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred. Equivalent experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Reads and understands banquet event orders.
• Provides fine-dining-level food and beverage service to guests for all events, consistent with standards of service.
• Initiates and maintains friendly and professional contact with guests, ensuring that all needs are anticipated and met.
• Setup and maintain both food and beverage stations in various locations throughout the building consistent with standards of service.
• Maintain an inventory for both food and beverage stations.
• Maintain all event areas and front-of-house staging areas in a tidy and organized manner.
• Participate in both the setup and cleanup of food and beverage service items.
• Works independently during slower times.
• Perform safe work by helping to create a safe and clean work environment.
• Has a high level of social contact and deals often with patrons.
• Ensures that work is accurate and complete.
• Maintains a customer-focused, positive, and professional attitude.
