Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Banquet Server at the Greensboro venue to deliver fine-dining level service during events. You will assist with setup, service, and break-down, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to event specifications.

The role is part-time, pays $14.00–$16.00 per hour and is tip eligible, with benefits including a 401(k) plan and matching. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and select holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; experience may substitute.
• At least 1 year in events, banquets, or restaurants preferred.
• Able to lift and carry heavy objects; stand and move during events.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Basic arithmetic skills for handling orders and payments.
• Punctual with reliable attendance; respond to guest inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Reads and understands banquet event orders.
• Provides fine-dining level service to guests at events.
• Maintains friendly, professional contact with guests.
• Sets up and maintains food and beverage stations.
• Manages inventory for stations and keeps areas tidy.
• Assists in setup and cleanup of service items.
• Works independently during slower times.
• Supports a safe and clean work environment.
• Maintains customer-focused, positive attitude.
