• Reads and understands banquet event orders and provides fine-dining service.
• Maintains professional guest contact and anticipates guest needs.
• Sets up and maintains food/beverage stations and inventories.
• Keeps event areas tidy and participates in setup/cleanup.
• Works independently during slower periods and upholds safety standards.
