Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in customer service, hospitality, aviation, office management, or facilities coordination.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, flight crews, vendors, and guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer calls and emails, directing inquiries appropriately.
