Job summary

Jet Linx Omaha is seeking a Jr Concierge to provide on-site support and flight greeting. You will focus on maintaining a welcoming base environment, handling stock purchases, and submitting expense reports with careful attention to detail.

The role requires excellent communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior aviation interest is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of professional customer service experience preferred.
• Aviation industry experience or interest preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for base duties and customer interactions.
• Purchase stock and submit expense reports.
• Communicate and document complaints, escalating as needed.
• Maintain clean, inviting lobby, meeting areas, restrooms per standards.
• Operate client vehicles cautiously around aircraft and equipment.
• Attend on-site regularly with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
