Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in customer service, hospitality, aviation, office management, or facilities coordination.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

At Northern Jet, the Concierge Services Representative serves as the first point of contact for clients, crew, and visitors while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation and upkeep of company facilities. This role blends exceptional customer service with proactive coordination of building maintenance, vendors, and facility-related needs to support a premium private aviation environment.
The ideal candidate is polished, organized, service-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.

This position is based in our Naples, Florida facility.
Schedule: A flexible schedule is required. This position includes evening, weekend, and holiday availability, as well as flexibility to adjust weekday hours based on operational needs.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Front Desk Operations
  • Greet and assist clients, flight crews, vendors, and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries appropriately
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional lobby and client-facing areas
  • Coordinate client hospitality requests, including beverages, catering deliveries, and amenities
  • Support charter, sales, and operations teams with administrative and customer-facing needs
  • Handle sensitive client information with discretion and confidentiality
Facilities & Building Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building and facility-related matters
  • Coordinate routine and corrective maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, and landscaping
  • Communicate with landlords, property managers, and service vendors as needed
  • Track and report facility issues, work orders, and service schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
  • Monitor inventory and order facility-related supplies as needed
  • Assist with inspections, audits, and preventive maintenance planning
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Maintain records, logs, and documentation related to facility services and vendors
  • Support office organization, mail handling, and general administrative tasks
  • Assist with special projects, events, or operational initiatives
  • Coordinate after-hours service requests when required

Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two or more years of experience in customer service, hospitality, aviation, office management, or facilities coordination
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with private aviation standards
  • Comfortable working with vendors and service providers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to remain calm and service-oriented in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Occasional lifting of supplies up to 30 pounds
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
