Job summary

Cortland is seeking a Community Relations Manager in Nashville. You will blend resident engagement with strong business support to deliver a premium living experience and smooth operations in partnership with Community Management.

Responsibilities include leading onsite teams, driving occupancy and revenue, conducting inspections, managing vendor relations, and executing marketing programs with a concierge-level service mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in high-velocity, short-cycle environments such as multifamily or luxury sectors.
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas, targets and KPIs.
• Proficient in property management software, CRM systems and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite team under Community Manager to ensure daily operations meet company standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular property inspections, move-in/out walkthroughs, and model-home reviews.
• Drive occupancy and revenue by meeting leasing goals, conversion rates, and KPIs.
• Manage vendor relationships and CRM for timely follow-ups and pipeline health.
• Plan resident events, oversee marketing programs, and maintain brand alignment.
• Represent the community with premium service, anticipate needs, and close leases confidently.
