Job summary

The Flats at Westover Hills, managed by Cortland, is seeking a Community Relations Manager who will be the welcoming face of the community and a trusted operations partner. You will blend resident engagement with business support to deliver premium living and smooth operations in collaboration with Community Management.

Ideally, you bring 2+ years of sales success in fast-paced environments, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of measurable sales success in high-velocity environments.
• Experience in multifamily, luxury, or premium services preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite team operations with the Community Manager to meet leasing goals.
• Nurture leads and close leases through consultative selling.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor pipeline health.
• Plan resident events and engagement programs to build community.
