Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of measurable sales success in high-velocity, short-cycle sales environments.
• Strong ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite team alongside Community Manager to maintain standards and compliance.
• Drive occupancy and revenue by meeting leasing goals and KPIs.
• Nurture resident relationships and deliver concierge-level service.
• Manage sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and close leases.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on lead activity and pipeline health.
