The role requires proven sales or leasing success, strong communication, and the ability to manage CRM records, vendor relationships, and marketing programs. You will be the community ambassador, planning events and maintaining a superior resident experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of measurable sales success in high-velocity, short-cycle sales environments such as multifamily or luxury services
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas, targets, and KPIs
• Strong organizational abilities with experience in administrative processes, compliance, and operational support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at building rapport and maintaining professional relationships

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in leading the onsite team, ensuring daily operations comply with standards and safety guidelines
• Conduct regular community inspections and move-in/move-out walkthroughs
• Monitor property for policy violations and maintenance needs, addressing issues promptly
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service and timely project completion
• Drive occupancy and revenue by meeting leasing goals, conversion targets, and KPIs
• actively manage your sales pipeline and close leases with confidence
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date for all interactions
• Plan and execute resident events and engagement programs
• Establish, manage, and maintain marketing programs and social media presence
