Greystar is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in the Vienna, VA area to organize and implement resident services and programs, serving as a primary information source for local resources.

You will greet residents and guests, manage calls and move-in/move-out logistics, and coordinate activities with the community team. Strong organizational skills and reliability are essential for delivering excellent resident experiences.

Responsabilités

• Greets prospects and residents at the office; ensures comfort while waiting to speak with a team member.
• Answers phone calls, routes to appropriate team member, assists with service request callbacks.
• Maintains guest suite schedule; coordinates loading dock/elevator schedule for move-ins/outs.
• Ensures clubhouse amenities are tour-ready before leasing office opens each morning.
• Manages all package deliveries; documents arrivals and notifies residents within 24 hours.
• Keeps logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other community services.
• Assists with scheduling and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintains local area resource info and relationships with concierge vendors.
