Greystar in Nashville is seeking a personable Leasing/Resident Services Associate to coordinate resident services, greet visitors, and handle inquiries. You will manage move-ins/move-outs, schedule guest suites, and oversee package delivery and concierge vendor relations to enhance the resident experience.

Role involves coordinating with the office team, ensuring amenities are ready each morning, and compiling local area resources to assist residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents and assist as they wait to speak with a team member.
• Answer phone calls, route to appropriate team member, and assist with service request callbacks.
• Maintain guest suite schedule and coordinate loading dock/elevator for move-ins/move-outs.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities are tour-ready before the leasing office opens.
• Manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Maintain logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services.
• Assist the community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities.
• Keep information on local restaurants, shops, delivery options, and concierge vendors.
