• Leadership potential and willingness to grow into team leads or supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through options with clarity and a consultative approach.
• Listen carefully, ask the right questions, and document client information accurately.

• Handle objections with composure and redirect toward solutions.
• Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to maintain a seamless client experience.
