Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Member Sales Associate to guide clients through options, document details, and move opportunities forward. This onsite, full-time role emphasizes high-touch customer service and achieving individual KPIs within a premium health-services context.

You’ll build trust quickly, manage a high volume of interactions, and potentially grow into leadership while supporting a seamless client journey from inquiry to decision.

Qualifications

2+ years in a customer-facing role with premium service expectations.
Strong listening and documentation skills.
Ability to meet individual KPIs and contribute to team goals.
Comfort handling objections and guiding clients to decisions.
Experience in hospitality, retail, concierge, or related premium-service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Guide clients through options with clarity and a consultative approach.
Document client information accurately and thoroughly.
Work toward KPIs and support team performance goals.
Handle objections with composure and persistence to move the process forward.
Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to keep the client experience seamless.
Follow up with clients to maintain momentum and prevent drops.
