Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sales: ensure store meets or exceeds weekly, monthly, annual sales plans and contributes to the district's sales goals.
• Models and communicates the store's sales mission and translates it to staff in actionable terms.
• Assists with developing each team member's commitment to achieving store targets and sales results.
• Supervises staff to meet sales goals and key performance indicators (ADS, UPT, conversion, etc.).
• Demonstrates Lindt standards through daily activities (4 Moments of Influence, dress code, up-selling, passion, sales focus).
• Monitors stock levels and escalates to Store Management to avoid out-of-stocks and overstock situations.
