Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans.
• Supervise staff to achieve sales goals and uphold Lindt standards.
• Train and develop staff in sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Ensure inventory control, cash handling, and compliance with QA policies.
