Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our premium chocolate retail team. You will oversee daily operations, coach sales staff, ensure customer experience meets Lindt standards, and drive store performance.

This role requires a proven sales background, ability to lead a team, and strong math skills for cash handling and POS procedures. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background required.
• Ability to take direction and effectively delegate and execute through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales plans and contribute to district targets.
• Supervise staff to achieve sales goals and KPIs (ADS, UPT, conversion).
• Train and develop staff per Lindt standards and brand guidelines.
• Maintain inventory controls and cash handling procedures.
