Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a premium chocolate retail team, delivering a positive and engaging in-store experience for customers while upholding our brand standards. You will drive sales, develop staff, and ensure store operations, inventory control, and cleanliness are maintained to meet company goals.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, prior retail experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability to work nights, weekends and holidays;

Qualifications

• Proven sales background and ability to meet sales targets.
• Experience training and supervising staff.
• Strong numerical skills for basic math and POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Sales: ensure store meets/exceeds sales plans and drives store goals.
• Staff Development: train and develop sales staff per guidelines.
• Operational Controls: maintain compliance with company standards.
• Inventory Control/Shrink/ Cash Management: manage POS, paperwork and logs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
