The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Baker ensures cakes of the highest quality are produced to meet guest demand and contributes to superior service by following recipes and production methods.

You will use measuring instruments, mixers, and ovens, prepare ingredients, monitor baking, and ensure correct packaging, labeling, and storage of finished cakes while maintaining logs and upholding health and safety standards.

Formación

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in bakeries or foodservice is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Follow proprietary recipes and bake cakes to meet productivity goals.
• Use measuring tools, mixers, and ovens to bake.
• Prepare ingredients and stage pans for baking and monitor the oven.
• Package, label, store baked cakes and maintain logs.
• Assist Bakery Manager with production planning and inventory.
