Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Baker to produce cakes to NbC standards, using precise recipes and equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will measure ingredients, monitor ovens, and ensure proper packaging and storage of finished products.

Flexibility for various shifts is required; prior bakery experience is a plus, and strong attention to safety and cleanliness is essential for daily operations in our Newark-area facility.

Qualifications

• Must understand written and oral directions and apply recipes and procedures.
• NbC recipes available in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and cake production methods with precision.
• Operate commercial bakery equipment and ovens.
• Prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking and monitor baking process.
• Package, label, store baked cakes and maintain logs.
• Assist Bakery Manager with production planning and inventory.
