The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Baker role focuses on producing high‑quality cakes according to proprietary recipes, meeting production demands, and upholding food safety standards. You will operate commercial ovens and mixers, prepare ingredients, and maintain accurate logs while supporting a fast-paced bakery team.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, follow strict procedures, and work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Follow NbC recipes and bake production while meeting productivity goals.
• Operate measuring instruments, mixers and ovens.
• Prepare ingredients and monitor baking process.
• Package, label, store cakes and maintain logs.
• Assist in production planning and inventory monitoring.
• Evaluate ingredients and finished products for NbC standards.
• Clean and restock workstation and prep for next shift.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and NbC policies.
• Maintain punctual attendance.
