Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a dedicated Baker to produce high-quality cakes in a fast-paced bakery environment. You will follow proprietary NbC recipes, operate commercial ovens and mixers, and prepare ingredients for timely production.

Attention to health and safety, precise measurements, and punctual attendance are essential. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, understand US measurement units, and work with minimal supervision while maintaining strict quality standards.

Qualifications

Understanding written and oral directions and applying recipes and procedures.
Knowledge of US customary units and safe food handling practices.
Must be able to lift moderate to heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

Follow NbC proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision and achieve productivity goals.
Utilize measuring instruments, mixers, and ovens to bake cakes.
Prepare raw ingredients and equipment, load pans into ovens, and monitor bake times.
Pack, label, and store baked cakes adhering to rotation standards and logs.
Support Bakery Manager in production planning and inventory monitoring.
