Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Baker to ensure high-quality cakes are produced to meet demand. The role requires following proprietary recipes, operating commercial bakery equipment, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced setting.

As part of the NbC team, you will prepare ingredients, monitor ovens, and assist with inventory while upholding company standards in a high-volume bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Understands recipes and health and safety rules.
• Recipes are available in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and production methods with precision.
• Use measuring instruments, mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Prepare ingredients and pans, monitor baking and adjust timing.
• Label, package, store baked cakes and maintain logs.
