Nothing Bundt Cakes #318 is seeking a Baker to produce high-quality cakes following NbC recipes and production methods. You will measure ingredients, operate industrial ovens and mixers, and monitor baking to meet daily production goals.

The role requires adherence to health and safety guidelines, proper packaging and labeling, and a clean, organized workstation. Franchise ownership handles employment matters, with NbC Corporate not involved in hiring.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Follows NbC recipes and cake production methods with precision to achieve productivity goals.
• Operates measuring instruments, mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Prepares raw ingredients and equipment, places cake pans in hot ovens and monitors the baking process.
• Packages, labels, and stores baked cakes, maintaining logs and rotation standards.
• Assists Bakery Manager in production planning and monitoring inventory.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety guidelines and NbC policies.
• Maintains clean and stocked workstation and prepares supplies for next shift.
