Nothing Bundt Cakes - Stone Oak seeks a dedicated Baker to produce our cakes following proprietary NbC recipes and production methods. You will operate mixers and ovens, prepare ingredients, monitor baking, and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage.

Assist in inventory and production planning while upholding NbC quality standards and safety policies. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand long hours, and attention to exact measurements.

Formación

• No formal education required, but previous bakery/foodservice experience is a plus.
• Must be able to follow recipes and instructions with accuracy.
• Basic understanding of US measurement units.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Follow NbC proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision and achieve productivity goals.
• Operate commercial-grade mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Prepare raw ingredients and equipment and monitor the baking process.
• Package, label, and store baked cakes; maintain logs and rotation standards.
• Assist Bakery Manager with production planning and inventory monitoring.
• Evaluate ingredients and finished cakes for NbC quality standards and report issues.
• Maintain a clean, stocked workstation and comply with health and safety rules.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
