• Operates commercial bakery equipment and tools to bake cakes.
• Prepares raw ingredients, sets up pans, and monitors baking process.
• Packages, labels, and stores baked cakes following standards and logs.
• Assists Bakery Manager with production planning and inventory monitoring.
