Qualifications

• Understands written and oral directions and recipes.
• Knows basic US measurement units.
• Able to perform repetitive, physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Operates commercial bakery equipment and ovens.
• Ensures precise measurements and tight production schedules.
• Adheres to health and safety practices and NbC policies.
• Diligent, organized, and self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and production methods with precision to meet productivity goals.
• Utilize measuring tools, mixers, and ovens to bake cakes.
• Assist baker in preparing ingredients and managing baking process.
• Support daily production flow and clean, restock, and seal work area.
• Maintain proper packaging, labeling, storage, and logs per standards.
• Keep work area sanitary and comply with dress code and hygiene rules.
