Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• No formal education or work experience required; previous bakery experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Able to operate commercial-grade ovens and bakery equipment.
• NbC recipes available in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and production methods with precision and achieve productivity goals.
• Use measuring instruments, mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Prepare ingredients and equipment for baking and monitor the baking process.
• Package, label, and store baked cakes and maintain baking logs.
• Assist Bakery Manager in production planning and inventory management.
• Evaluate ingredients and baked products to ensure NbC standards.
• Clean, sanitize and restock workstation and prep next shift.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and dress code.
• Maintain punctual attendance and reliability.
