This role emphasizes precise measurement, timely baking, proper packaging, labeling, and stock rotation. You will assist the Bakery Manager with production planning, monitor inventory, and uphold NbC values of service and excellence.

Qualifications

• Follow NbC recipes precisely and with consistency.
• Maintain accuracy in measuring ingredients and timing.
• Demonstrate clean, organized workstation practices.
• Bakery experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and production methods to meet productivity goals.
• Operate measuring instruments, mixers, and ovens.
• Prepare ingredients and bake cakes, monitor oven timing.
• Package, label, and store baked cakes; rotate stock.
• Assist Bakery Manager with production planning and inventory.
• Ensure quality by checking raw ingredients and finished cakes.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock workstation; prep for next shift.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and NbC policies.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance.
