Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Baker to work with the Baker to ensure cakes of the highest quality.

You will follow NbC recipes, production methods, and food safety standards while assisting with the preparation of ingredients and monitoring the baking process.

Responsibilities include packaging and labeling, maintaining baking and refrigeration logs, cleaning and restocking the workstation, and supporting a fast-paced shift with reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education required, prior bakery/foodservice experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow recipes and exact measurements.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and cake production methods with precision.
• Assist with preparing raw ingredients and equipment for baking.
• Monitor the baking process and ensure quality and consistency.
• Adhere to packaging, labeling, storage, and logs for baking products.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock workstation; maintain cleanliness and organization.
