The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Baker ensures that cakes of the highest quality are consistently created for our guests and contributes to superior service by meeting production demands. Following strict proprietary recipes, NbC production methods and food safety standards, the Baker performs the repeated baking process for our delicious cakes offered in a variety of flavors and sizes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in bakery or food service is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and production procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC recipes and cake production methods with precision and achieves productivity goals.
• Uses measuring instruments, mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Prepares raw ingredients and equipment for baking and monitors the baking process.
• Packages, labels and stores baked cakes and maintains logs.
• Assists Bakery Manager in production planning and inventory management.
• Evaluates ingredients and cakes to ensure NbC standards and reports quality issues.
• Cleans, sanitizes and restocks workstation and maintains hygiene for next shift.
• Follows health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and hygiene.
• Maintains attendance and punctuality; may perform other bakery tasks as needed.
