Qualifications

• Able to read and follow recipes precisely.

• Comfort with standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipe and production standards to bake cakes.
• Operate measuring instruments, mixers and ovens with safe handling.
• Prepare ingredients and bake cakes, monitor timing and quality.
• Package, label, and store baked cakes according to NbC guidelines.
• Assist in production planning and inventory replenishment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and logs for health and safety compliance.
