Job summary

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Assistant Baker supports the Baker to produce our high‑quality cakes following proprietary recipes and safety standards. This role helps with the daily baking workload, ensuring fast, accurate production and consistent product quality for guests.

Typical shifts run Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, with availability on holidays. A raise may be provided at 90 days for good work ethic and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education required; bakery experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and production methods with precision.
• Use measuring tools, mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Assist Baker with preparing ingredients and monitoring the baking process.
• Maintain packaging, labeling and storage of baked cakes and logs.
• Keep workstation clean, sanitized and stocked for the next shift.
• Adhere to health, safety and dress code standards.
