Qualifications

• 5+ years in a food and beverage operational position.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of premium operations.
• Recruitment and training of team members to Levy standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction and financial results with location leadership.
• Develop menus for premium spaces with culinary team.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol and safety protocols.
