Responsibilities

• Maintains menu knowledge and communicates offerings to banquet guests.
• Provides quick, attentive, friendly, and professional service.
• Ensures food is served at proper temperature and promptly.
• Maintains neat presentation of items and pre-bus/bus tables as needed.
• Maintains professional appearance and coordinates with staff to enhance dining experience.
