Responsibilities include greeting customers, performing needs analysis, presenting vehicles, coordinating with F&I managers, handling paperwork, and ensuring smooth delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the showroom floor and perform needs analysis to determine vehicle requirements.
• Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicles in showroom or on road.
• Research model availability and equipment using system databases and coordinate with Sales & F&I managers.
• Negotiate price, including taxes, trade-in, licensing, and financing or leasing terms.
• Handle paperwork and coordinate delivery and registration of vehicles.
