Qualifications

• One year of related experience and/or training.
• Sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills are required.
• Current valid driver’s license is required for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers on the sales floor and performs a needs analysis including make, type, and features of the vehicle desired.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicles in showroom or on road.
• Researches availability of models and equipment using computer database.
• Negotiates sales price including tax, trade-in, license fee, and financing or lease terms.
• Completes paperwork and arranges delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Delivers and familiarizes the customer with the vehicle.
