• Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using available tools and info.
• Be courteous and professional with customers at all times.
• Assist as a secondary greeter in the service drive for unacknowledged customers.
• Stay current with service publications and terminal operations.
• Ensure timely, safe, and high-quality vehicle service on first visit.
• Address original concerns before pursuing additional sales opportunities.
• Inspect vehicles for additional sales opportunities per local/factory guidelines.
• Return the vehicle clean or cleaner than received.
• Participate in factory or in-house training programs as offered.
• Complete paperwork accurately and attach required forms to RO copy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Service Manager or Group Leader.
• Always arrive on time in a clean uniform and ready to work.
