Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance or direction in showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses.
• Explain full product performance, applications and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment and accessories available for purchase.
• Offer a test drive to customers.
• Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories and their benefits.
