Job summary

Modern Nissan of Hickory is seeking energetic Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Hickory, NC. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional car-buying experience, assisting customers from showroom visits to purchase decisions, and meeting sales goals.

We provide training, tools, and a supportive environment. Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required; valid driver’s license and Saturday availability are important.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom or dealership lot
• Build relationships by understanding customers' needs, preferences, and budget
• Guide customers through vehicle selection and purchasing decisions
• Present vehicle features, benefits, performance capabilities, and technology
• Explain available accessories, packages, and optional equipment
• Conduct engaging and informative test drives
• Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer updates, and industry trends
• Deliver a world-class customer experience throughout the sales process
