Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a Flat Rate Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, performing parts replacement, and ensuring services are completed correctly the first time.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to VIP processes to provide a superior customer experience. The technician will handle ASE-related certifications, complete required LMS trainings, and participate in the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement program while maintaining productivity and quality

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions and procedures
• One year of related automotive service experience recommended or required
• Current, valid driver's license and safety certifications are expected
• ASE certifications preferred or pursued (G1, A4, A5)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems and components
• Ensure Service Work Orders are initiated and displayed during service
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the shop
• Contribute to 5-for-5 customer engagement and training requirements
