Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing automotive systems per ASE guidelines.
• Ability to explain vehicle issues clearly to customers.

• Willingness to obtain ASE certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Safety first: follow all safety policies and training.
• Provide diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services for automotive systems.
• Initiate and display a valid Service Work Order and MPI before service.
• Procure needed parts from the Desk Team and return unused parts.
• Maintain productivity targets and VIP quality standards.
• Complete required training and pursue certifications.
