Job summary

BMW of Santa Monica is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team and deliver a world class guest experience through prompt, professional communication and accurate repair orders. You will greet guests, document concerns, coordinate with technicians, review recommendations with customers, and help drive service retention in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Experience in service writing and warranty awareness is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor strongly preferred.
• Understanding of repair order documentation and warranty awareness is highly valued.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle difficult conversations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service guests and create a seamless, luxury-level service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns, document repair and maintenance needs accurately, and coordinate with technicians.
• Greet guests promptly, review vehicle concerns, recommend maintenance and repair services, and prepare repair orders.
• Provide timely updates, explain recommendations and pricing, obtain approvals for additional work, and communicate completion status.
