BMW of West Houston, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, is seeking a Service Advisor to join its luxury service team. You will be the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring accurate diagnosis, timely service, and quality repairs while delivering a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests, documenting issues, explaining services, and driving service revenue through upsells, with a full-time schedule and Sundays off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury or high-line automotive service advisor experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; authorized to work in the USA.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test).
