Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly on the service drive and in the lobby.
• Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information.
• Review vehicle repair history and report symptoms as described by customer.
• Prepare estimates of labor and parts and discuss costs with customers.
• Explain completed work and charges.
• Monitor progress and update customers regularly.
• Answer calls and emails with high responsiveness.
