Qualifications

• Previous Luxury Automotive ASM experience preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and working knowledge of Windows-based programs.
• Understanding of the Automotive After Sales market/industry preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to resolve inquiries/issues.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen, background and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting customer concerns and liaising with technicians.
• Greeting customers and scheduling services.
• Liaison with customers about additional work required.
• Estimating time and costs associated with repairs.
• Handling customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
