Mercedes-Benz of Collierville is hiring Automotive Service Advisors to act as the seamless link between customers and our technicians. This onsite role emphasizes customer satisfaction and long-term relationships, with open Saturday availability to support busy service hours.

You will prepare estimates, write and manage ROs, and ensure clear communication of costs and timelines. Prior experience and a drivers license are required to support a high-performing service team.

Qualifications

• Requires prior Service Advisor experience.
• Automotive technician background is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience with vehicle systems and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Promote communication between customers and technicians.
• Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services.
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs.
• Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish.
• Communicate additional service needs based on inspections.
• Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage.
• Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates.
