You will maintain product knowledge, keep customers updated on status, and assist with warranty information. A customer-focused attitude and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience.
• Interpersonal Communication skills.
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates.
