Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with dealership management systems such as Xtime or Dealertrack.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the customer experience with professional, concierge-level service.
• Listen to concerns and clearly explain repair recommendations; maintain updates on status and timelines.
• Write accurate repair orders reflecting customer concerns and technician findings; coordinate with technicians and parts.
• Prepare cost estimates and review completed work with customers in understandable terms.
• Identify maintenance needs per manufacturer guidelines and promote service packages to meet sales goals.
