Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor required.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems such as Xtime or Dealertrack.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional greeting to every client and clearly explain service recommendations.
• Maintain consistent communication regarding repair status, timelines, and additional needs.
• Write repair orders reflecting customer concerns and technician findings.
• Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
• Review completed work with customers and explain findings in an understandable manner.
• Identify and promote maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition.
• Drive service sales while maintaining transparency and trust.
